  1. Darn it!
Pangu keeps saying "Please make sure you have a proper internet connection"
And I do, otherwise I couldn't download the damn utility!
And besides that why does Pangu require an internet connection?!
    Please can someone help me?

  2. I have downloaded Pangu on my MAC but everytime i open it, it says that there is a new version avaliable, Click here to download. When i click it, it takes me to the pangu website but everytime i download it and open it, it says the same thing! Please Help!

  3. Im running 7.1.2 on my older iPhone4, old. IOS8 wont be available for this so why not. App downloaded fine, it reads the phone. Yeah it does take patience for the bundles to install. Icon appears, after 5, 6 minutes the phone reboots – Now my issues, at the 2:11 mark in this video. I get a red message on the Pangu app "Jailbreak Timedout" Ugh, I know the iPhone 4 is slow (this would probably work on my working faster iPhone 5..but all I need is 15 more seconds to finish the reboot to get the "Reboot Completed" screen. Tried it 3 times, Now THAT tests my patience. 🙂 When I unlock it, phone is ok, the Pangu icon is still there by the way. Ah, I'll try again. If Pangu has some type of built in time limit before it times out, they need to extend that period by maybe 2-3 minutes. Just my input. Thank you by the way for this video tutorial,

  4. Two things you might want to mention is that iTunes must not be running at all. I had to fight with my Mac to keep iTunes closed each time the iPhone rebooted. This seems to hijack the connection between the Pangu app and the device.
The second is that if you have GateKeeper enabled on the Mac, you'll need to either turn it off, or allow the app to launch from Settings>Security>Allow Pangu.

  5. what i dont understand is why apple fights against jailbreak….cydia and tweaks are only good things on iOS…btw im not some android fanboy…ive been using IOS for almost 5 years so i sure know what im talkin about…..

  6. I've been jailbreaking my devices for over 3 years now, my 5S is currently jailbroken on 7.0.4 and I can't decide if I should restore and update to 7.1.2 and re-jailbreak or just leave my 7.0.4 jailbreak? I need some help making this decision, what do you guys think?

  7. I'm jailbroken on 7.0.4 and would love to update to 7.1.1 JB but I can't risk compatibility issues with tweaks/apps. If it ain't broke yadda yadda…
Has a compatibility list been created yet?
